"Before CK Designs, I had lived with the same boring and outdated furniture for 10 years. After I purchased my first home, I wanted to make it inviting with a new look. I did not know where to start. I didn't even have a style in mind. I figured that a professional interior designer was too far out of my price range. The folks who installed my window shutters referred me to Caroline David at CK Designs. Reluctantly and clueless, I reached out.
Caroline and Rich were amiable, reliable, punctual, and knowledgeable. I explained my situation and a really vague idea of what I wanted to do. I also expressed my budget concerns. I was amazed at how reasonable it was to obtain their help.
Caroline spent time getting to know me and my style (she identified it through examples). Caroline went window shopping for me and sent me pictures of items that she felt would be a good fit. I picked out the things that I liked, and she used her business relationships to obtain hefty discounts for me.
When the day arrived for the furniture to be delivered, Caroline and Rich were there making sure everything was in order and damage-free. They set up the furniture and accessorized it with tasteful items. Everyone who came to my place was envious and complimentary of the decor. It looked like a professional staging but felt like home (comfortable and warm). I could not have been happier.
I had to sell the house, and even the realtors marveled at the decor (claiming that it was already staged for showing). When I purchased another home, I arranged for Caroline and Rich to be there a day after moving in. They looked at the space, arranged the furniture, recommended ideas to fit the new space, and even helped furnish a new (somewhat awkward) space as a formal sitting area.

"Greetings, I CANNOT say enough about Caroline Ramirez and her husband Rich who own the company CK Design & Staging. I DESPERATELY needed someone to disassemble & reassemble my SleepNumber bed. Caroline and Rich reached out to me and said they would be able to help. They went ABOVE & BEYOND any of my expectations by being ON TIME, coming PREPARED with moving covers to protect my bed, in addition they moved the dresser, mirror nightstand, twin bed and television. They did NOT have to move the furniture as the flooring installers were supposed to move other furniture. Even after the installation of the floors throughout the house I had concerns in the workmanship of a supposed reputable company that has been in the flooring business for decades. I sent them pictures and they offered to come BACK to my home when the flooring supervisor came by to inspect my areas of concern, as I didn’t get a good feeling from said supervisor. Once here along with the supervisor they were able to adequately relay my concerns insofar as the correct verbiage for the installation of flooring. I’ve already recommended Caroline and Richard to a few friends and felt it only right to PUBLICLY praise their PROFESSIONALISM. Thank you both for your help and going ABOVE all my expectations!
